Diesel Engine

"DIESEL ENGINE"
The story of the diesel engine was introduced as the gasoline engine was invented, Nikolaus August Otto was the inventor of the gasoline engine, patented the gasoline engine in 1876. This invention was continued on the four-stroke combustion principle also known by the name of the founder as Otto Cycle, and this is the basic premise for the most cars in this modern life. in early stages the gasoline engines were not that much efficient and the other external engines which were used for the transportation used the 10% of the fuel in moving the vehicle and the rest 90% of the fuel produced the useless steam.
In 1878, Rudolf diesel the founder of the diesel engine , when he got to know about the low efficiency of the gasoline engine , this information kept on disturbing him to create a high efficiency engine, and afterwards he devoted most of his lifetime in developing a "Combustion power engine" and finally in 1892, the Rudolf Diesel invented something which is now known as Diesel Engine.
There are advantages of this invention but along with some disadvantages which can be explained as the loud clattering noise produced by the diesel engine and this thing created a bad impact of diesel engine over the people around the globe which made the diesel engine less attractive towards people although this engine has such capacity to move on with huge loads.

Working Principle
known as 4-stroke
1-Induction which is defined as
"Pure Air in drawn into he cylinder"
2-Compression this fact of the principle is known as
"The Air is compressed at High temperature and pressure"
3-Power stroke in this
"Around TDC fuel is injected, which self ignites and burns which further increase the pressure which forces the piston down"
4-Exhaust  from this part of the design
"The hot gas produced is released into the surrounding"

The main difference between the Diesel Engine and the Otto Engine is the burning of Fuel,
in gasoline engine the air mixture enters into the cylinder and creates a stroichiometric mixture which is ignited and the flame travels from the spark and outwards through the liner.
The Diesel engine , Air enters the cylinder and the self ignites and burn with type of diffusion combustion.

Car Engine

"CAR ENGINE"
There are different types of engines , internal combustion engines , first of all the diesel engine mainly for the high tech vehicles and the other one is gas turbine engines , There are some other engines but the these are the most common engines and both have their own advantages and disadvantages as well.
An important thing to know is that about the external combustion engine, A steam engine of and old train or the steam boats can be the best examples for the external combustion engine. There were different materials which were burnt to produce steam for the engine to run which includes coal , wood , fuel , oil ..etc..  the steam generated by the such material which was burnt for to generate the stream than the steam makes the motion inside the engine for any certain action or any type of enrollment and produces throttle to move , But on the other hand the internal combustion engine is many many times efficient as compared to the external combustion engine in face of economy and the fuel consumption, or the size can be compared the internal combustion engine is way smaller than the external combustion engine. which give the advantage of requiring small space where as the external combustion engine need the whole lot of space to be settled.

Turbo Charger

A turbocharger is a turbine which increases the efficiency of the internal combustion engine along with the force produced by the engine and OUTPUT too. All this is done by forcing extra air into the combustion chamber.

This equipment was introduced in early 19th Century  when Gottleib Daimler for the very first time used the technique of using a gear-driven pump for air to be forced into the internal combustion engine in 1885. The Turbocharger was invented by the swiss engineer ALFRED BUCHI, the head of diesel engine researched at an engine manufacturing company named Gebruder Suzler.
Turbochargers are widely used in cars and commercial vehicles because of their  function of improved fuel economy even with the small engines.

When people talk about race cars or the high end performance cars the most instantaneously the word which comes up to the mind is Turbo Charger. This element also shows up in big diesel engines, Turbochargers`s significance is that the can easily increase the horsepower of the certain engine without affecting the weight of the engine or the whole system. exhaust flow from the engine is used by the turbocharger to drive the turbine for the instant boost to the vehicle /engine by producing even more throttle as compared to the factory tuned car, When the turbine is driven which in turn spins an air pump. The turbine in the turbo spins at the speed of 150,000 rotations per minute (rpm).

Turbocharger lag  is the time for the change in output for the required change in throttle. ever noticed the slow throttle when accelerating as a naturally aspirated engine, this is because of the time required for the exhaust system along with the turbochargers to generate the required throttle for the boost for the certain action.
The primary load on the Turbocharger lag includes the friction Inertia Compressor
Applications for the turbocharger can categorized into those that requires changes in OUTPUT power  such as AUTOMOBILES

HONDA

Honda is a Japanese car manufacturing serving the people worldwide with best of their technologies innovation to the best and has launched numerous cars which are providing comfort to the consumer as well as the passenger sitting in car`s passenger compartment.
On the other hand HONDA has been the worlds largest manufacturer of the Motorcycles since 1959, also produces the internal combustion engines, and by producing more than 14 million internal combustion engines yearly , HONDA retained its title of Largest internal combustion engine production company ( manufacturer) .
And Honda became the Second largest automobile maker of the  Japanese region in 2001.
when it comes to luxury this automobile manufacturer was the first Japanese company to launch the brand named ACURA , in 1986 along with their core production of motorcycles and other automobiles. Apart from the production of automobile engines HONDA produces the garden equipments as well as the marine engines (machines).

AUTOMOBILE-PRODUCTION

Honda`s global lineup is on several models made by HONDA which are
FIT , ACCORD , CIVIC , INSIGHT , CR-V , CR-Z , LEGEND and along with two different versions of Odyssey , which includes the one running on in the NORTH AMERICA and the one small vehicle sold internationally. Honda`s lineup is consisted with the country and production is done according to the region where their lineup is about to be exported.

Honda`s automobile ambitions can be check back in 1963, with a HONDA T360, a kei car truck which was specially built for the Japanese market. This line was followed by the 2 door roadster and with HONDA S500 which was also introduced in 1963. After a time period of 3 years HONDA built a 2 door van called HONDA L700 which was used as commercial delivery van.
The First Four door sedan of the HONDA manufacturer was not ACCORD but was the Air cooled , four cylinder gasoline HONDA 1300 which was launched in 1969. Honda CIVIC gained the fame all over the world  but this was not the first two door hatchback whcih was built by the HONDA.

Honda showed its effort in producing the sedans in KEI car segments offering sedans and delivery vans. This was held back as compared to TOYOTA and NISSAN because this company stepped into auto world in 1960s and the TOYOTA and NISSAN were in automobile production even before the World War II (WWII)

JZ Engine

The JZ engine family is a series of inline 6 automobile engines. This is a replacement for M-series inline 6 engines too. These JZ engines were 24 walve DOHC engine, This concept of engine was availed in 2.5 and 3.0 L versions.

This Picture shows the MK4 Supra (inline 6)

1JZ
First of all 2492 cc 1JZ was produced in 1990 and its production was continued till 2007. The last vehicle in which this 1JZ was hidden under the hood was TOYOTA MARK II BLIT WAGON and CRWON ATHLETE.  first cylinder bore in this series was of 86 mm and stroke was of 71.45 mm this engine was 24 walve DOHC  engine with 2 belt driven camshafts.

1JZ-GELike all JZ engine series, the early 1JZ-GE was designed  for longitudinal mounting and for rear wheel drive which is mostly preferred in all aspects of car racing , driving , fun time.
All these models which were running on this series were 4 speed automatic transmission set by factory as standard.( there was no manual GEAR-BOX was offered)

1JZ-GTEThe first generation of such engine like 1JZ-GTE offered CT12A turbocharges which were arranged in parallel  and were blowing through the side mount and / or front mount ( AIR to AIR intercooler)
with an 8.5:1 compression ratio factory stated that the torque is of 279 metric HORSEPOWER(HP)  205kW at 6,200 RPM alongwith 363 Newton Metres at 4,800 RPM. the strokes and the bores were the same as made in 1JZ (mentioned above).

Auto Detailing

Auto Detailing
Everyone who owns a car is not only sitting in and enjoying the ride but the owner must have to take a good care of his or her car just as a baby. The needs to be detailed every week to pop up the car, to produce a show quality level of the detail.

Background

Detailing services and the sales to both the professionals and to the car owner (wo)men represented a large commercial presence to the places where the Autos are primary source of transportation.
An example can be taken from the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA where the detailing work by professionals and by the locals has the $9 billion of revenue.

Components To Be Detailed

Detailing is divided into two parts of "EXTERIOR" and "INTERIOR" , there are different services and products which accommodates on these two surfaces specially and specifically.

"EXTERIOR Detailing"

This process includes the exceeding of the original surface of the car, usually a paint with glossy finish. chrome trim, windows, tires including the other visible components of the car, and a wide variety and number of products are out to do these kinds of job at their best such as waxes and polishes are used to improve the reflection of the car`s exterior.

"INTERIOR Detailing"

This is quite difficult as compared to the "EXTERIOR Detailing" work because of the car`s passenger compartment is built with different variety of materials and at different designs are made by the manufacturers.
Automobiles of the gone 50 years have used the variety of the material used in the passenger`s compartment such as synthetic carpet, upholstery, vinyl , leather and more over various natural fibers. which includes carbon fiber and plastic and other such materials. And different equipments are made to clean the car compartment and to restore it to its original look.

CAR Tuning

Car tuning is basically the modification of the performance of the vehicle. Most of the cars leave the factory defaults for the driver expectations. On the other hand the CAR Tuning has become the changing in the characteristics of the car according to the car`s owner choice. Car can be altered to provide better fuel economy and to increase power or to increase the handling performance.
CAR Tuning is referred to car racing although not all cars compete.Tuned cars are built for the pleasure of owning and of the drive. Exterior modification or Car tuning includes the changing in the aerodynamic characteristics of the vehicle  by fitting the side skirts , front and rear bumpers and spoiler, splitters and light weight wheels and air vents.

AUDI TT - MODIFIED WITH AFTERMARKET COMPONENTS

Origin

Cars have always been the accommodation of the aftermarket modification. The golden age for the car modifications and car tuning was the time between WORLD WAR II and the Air Pollution restrictions.
In 1970s and 1980s the Japanese performance cars were never exported outside the Domestic market of the JAPAN.

Area Of Modification

The essence of modification of the car tuner is an attempt to increase the performance as much as possible - or the appearance of the car looks like modification.Certain modification such as low profile tires and altered suspensions with the addition of spoiler to the car increases the  aerodynamics of the car.

AUDIO

Audio system of the car is fitted when the cart is still in the factory and before the drive tests, This Audio music system is fitted by the manufacturer at the normal frequency of the bass and volume.
modification of this component is most common and its done in almost every car rolling on the road because the factory provided Audio system is not that much enjoyable with high or custom frequency of volume and bass.

INTERIOR

There is a tough competition between the car interior setup out there.
Along with weight requirements , safety requirements are present - Requirements are different for different classes of the luxurious to the normal.

ENGINE TUNING

It is the change in operating characteristics of the engine to run. In a ordinary engine there are mechanical and electrical elements such as intake manifold and spark plugs, Mass air flow,  where as modern engine use the ECM whcih provide the best balance between the car performance and its emissions.
In other classes the turbo charges are used to fit into the engine and the mostly used engine fully equipped with all the wants for the Car Guy who want to drive and to attract with sound of his car , the 2JZ is the best choice for him

SUSPENSION TUNING

It is done to lower the ride and to enjoy the low ride drive which affects / alter the springs

BODY TUNING

it is done by adding the material to the car`s body like spoiler, side skirts and rear or front bumpers or the exhaust face.
