NIssan GTR-R35 The GODZILLA

This Nissan creature Nissan GTR is a 2 door and 2+2 sports coupe. and at first it was launched in Japan in 2007 and this model became the successor for the Nissan GTR-Skyline although its no longer the part of the SKYLINE line up.

Between 1969 and 74 and afterwards in 1989 and 2002, Nissan produced the high performance versions of its SKYLINE production which was named as NISSAN SKYLINE-GTR. This car was proved to be a flagship for this Japanese Motor Company NISSAN, and gained a lot of fame and success on both the roads and tracks whether its rally (Dirt) of the road track race.
The NISSAN GTR although not carrying the SKYLINE badge but its in heritage of SKYLINE GTR.
Similarly the later generations of the SKYLINE GTR(s) . This NISSAN GTR is FWD ( four wheels drive) and carrying the twin turbo wirth 6 cylinders under hood.and also has the tail lights of like previous version of FOUR ROUND TAIL LIGHTS. However the GTR is completely a new model or a concept with some similarities with other GTR siblings. The FOUR WHEEL STEERING HICAS had been removed and the old STRAIGHT 6 engine has been replaced with the all new V6 just because of the GTR heritage this NISSAN GTR has been given the chassis code number of R-35 as there were R-32,R-33,R-34 and now its R-35 for this NISSAN GTR. By carrying the name trend form the previous SKYLINE generations this Model has got the Nickname of GODZILLA  which was given to it by an Australian Motor Publication Wheels in July of 1989 edition.



2001 GTR PROTOTYPE AT THE AUTO SHOW in JAPAN


Only two concept vehicles were displayed at the AUTO SHOWS prior to unveiling of the production model. This first concept was shown up at TOKYO MOTOR SHOW in 2001 to preview what a 21st century GTR looks like..


The Production version of the GTR debuted at 2007 TOKYO MOTOR SHOW which was launched in Japanese market on December of 6th in 2007 and the official launch of the same model was done  6 MONTHS later on July of 7 in 2008.


SPECIFICATIONS
The Nissan GTR is powered by V6 engine with plasma transferred wire arc sprayed cylinders bores, TWO parallel Turbo charges which provide forced induction models produced between 2007 and 2010 provied 6,400RPM


NISSAN INTRODUCED THE GTR-SPEC V
On January 7 at 2009, at TOKYO AUTO SALOON exterior was changed to carbon Fiber rear spoiler, grille , brake duct along with all new BLACK OPAL PAINT JOB.

JAPAN sales were began on February 2, 2009 to seven dealers which were preselected. and NISSAN has yet to announce the production of this model NISSAN GTR SpecV to launch in USA.
